Simplistic harmony sets the Medina apart from other slope shoulder dreadnoughts. The Medina is warmer and fatter sounding than conventional dreadnoughts. The 24 3/4 “ scale reacts quickly and smoothly to fingerstyle techniques with a percussive attack and excellent sustain, enhanced by the light, voiced Engelmann spruce top. The rosewood back and sides give the instrument a unique power of projection while retaining excellent tonal balance.
