The Micro Series Acoustikar from Mooer is an acoustic guitar simulator pedal for electric guitar, offering 3 types of simulated tones. The Piezo setting simulates the sound of a piezo pickup installed on an acoustic/electric guitar, while the Standard setting offers the sound of a normal acoustic guitar. The Jumbo setting simulates a large-bodied acoustic guitar with more low end and resonance.
Housed in a compact, full-metal enclosure, the Acoustikar features an array of easy-to-use controls. A Mode switch allows you to select Standard, Piezo, or Jumbo simulation mode. The Top knob adjusts the overall brilliance and harmonics, while the Body knob adjusts the resonance of the guitar’s body, and the Level knob regulates the output level. In addition, true bypass circuitry preserves the quality of your guitar’s signal, and an LED shows the on/off status of the pedal. The Acoustikar pedal is powered by a 9 VDC power supply (available separately).
